Wez Westwood
A British business owner in the Philippines who has sat on the other side of the call, interviewing Filipino VAs for his own company. 22 of the 50 questions come from his own interview sheets, marked "I asked this". This book shows you what he was listening for.

Straight talk
Is this for you?
Be honest with yourself. This is built for one kind of person, and it will tell you plainly if that is not you.
This is for you if you
- Have an interview coming up, or hope to soon
- Freeze, ramble or give one-word answers when you're nervous
- Have no VA experience yet and dread being asked about it
- Want to know what the client is really asking, not guess
- Need a real answer about brownouts, not "I will try my best"
- Will practise out loud, not just read

Questions
Are the answers scripts to memorise?
No. A client can hear a memorised answer in five seconds. Every strong answer is an example built so it can be said honestly; you use the shape and put in your own jobs, tools and plan.
I have no experience. Will this still work?
Yes. The 13 questions that need experience have a Starting out answer, and Part 1 shows you how to answer the rest without lying or apologising.
Where do the questions come from?
22 of the 50 are from Wez's own interview sheets, the ones he used every time he hired, marked "I asked this". The rest are questions clients ask VAs again and again.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The trainer runs in your browser on a phone or computer, and your answers save on your device as you type. Download them before you change device.
How is this different from The Client's Side?
The Client's Side is the complete path, and its lesson 6 teaches the same interview method. The Answer Book is the deep version of that one step: all 50 questions, the scenarios and a trainer to practise with.
How do I get it?
Pay at the secure checkout and log in with the button in your receipt email. The trainer opens in your account, and the book, workbook and slides download from the same page.
How do I pay?
