Privacy notice

The Client's Side is run by Westwood Enterprises in the Philippines. This notice explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Your name and email address, when you buy a place.
• How you paid (for example GCash) and the payment reference. Your card or wallet details are handled by our payment provider, PayMongo, and never reach us.
• Which lessons you have opened, the tasks you have ticked and your self-test scores, so the course can show your progress.

Why

To give you access to the course, send you your receipt and lesson emails, handle refunds, keep the financial records the law requires, and answer you when you contact us. We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing from anyone else.

Who else handles it

PayMongo (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (sending email) and Bunny (playing the videos). Each handles only what it needs to do its job.

How long we keep it

Payment records for as long as Philippine tax rules require. Everything else for as long as you have access to the course, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act you can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Reply to any email from us and we'll do it.
